Hello! I'm Jade and I'm here to guide the way to living a life full of self discovery and joy.

My healing journey began in my 20's when I became a Reiki Master in my hometown outside Yosemite National Park.

Learning about Japanese energy healing forever changed my life and how I saw the world. 

Mountain guiding in Yosemite deeply rooted me and my love of the natural world.

It's where I met my husband, naturalist David Lukas. 

I opened a small Reiki practice providing sessions and classes which helped me hone my skills as a healer.

Later I went on to provide sessions to residents of Stanford's University's retirement community, The Vi. 

Working with these amazing elders was an enriching experience I will never forget.

Eventually I moving away from the Sierra Nevada mountains to Portland, Oregon to develop my career in business. 

All the while yearning to be back in the mountains.

Luckily I was recruited by a new start up company that was fully remote.

My husband and I packed up and headed up to the North Cascade mountains as soon as we could.

We now live in a small town in beautiful rural Northern Washington with our two kitties.

We found our perfect mountain paradise, and put down roots as homeowners.

Every season is vivid, and a stark contrast to the mild ones I knew before.

I hike among spring wildflowers in outrageous abundance.

Spend the hot summers swimming and paddling the lakes and rivers.

As well as Paragliding from the surrounding hills, flying with friends,  free as birds.

Winter snows bring miles of nordic ski trails and fiery sunrises.

I became a licensed Hypnotherapist in June 2024, to serve others and further my skills as a healer.

Mental health is the foundation of a healthy meaningful life.

With a deeper understanding of energy and our ability to heal ourselves,

comes confidence and empowerment to move into a life of abundance and joy.

I hope to be part of your journey for a time.
